We just wanted to send you an email of thanks...for all the wonderful help you had been for our wedding. Hi Lisa! Stephen and I just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful wedding. We continue to hear wonderful things about the food, your wonderful staff and how beautiful the White Fox itself was. One of our guests was a Food Service Director from Edmonton who has worked in the industry for many years and has done his fair share of high end functions. He was very impressed with the service and quality of product. We both appreciate your commitment to excellent customer service; whether it was responding to all our emails, your attention to detail, creative ideas or all your help coordinating everything the day of the wedding. Your staff obviously care about people....and dogs. Someone was kind enough to ensure Kasha had a steady supply of water as it turned out to be warmer than we had anticipated. Hello Lisa and Ron, We have arrived back in England and I wanted you to know as soon as possible what a lovely evening we had on Sept 15th - thanks to you all. The whole family kept on saying what a lovely place it was and how wonderful everything was and I agree!! Please say a special "thank you" to Mary and Joseph - they were the most brilliant table and bar staff I have ever come across. They were sooooooooo very good. Just fantastic with the "oldies" !! The Room was just lovely, the background music just right and the food was wonderful - your salmon was exquisite (I bet it is a secret too!) and also the lasagna - I could hear everyone raving about those especially. But it was all good. I am hoping we can do that again next year. The plan is to rent a cottage on Lake Superior for a month and have the family to a big dinner again at your lovely Inn - I will be in touch with dates as soon as I have confirmation of the cottage and flights. Dear Lisa, I would like to send my personal thanks to you and your staff. Our group of 20 that arrived on Monday April 28th were greeted to not only a beautiful atmosphere but phenomenal dining and service that was next to none. We were fortunate to be able to see the beautiful dear that frequent your grounds. We had guests from all across the country with us, some that travel all the time to large cities (Vancouver, Winnipeg, Ottawa and so on). The food and service we received from the White Fox Inn was beyond our expectations. All of our requests were met without hestitation and they worked around our schedule to ensure all our plans worked the way we had hoped. All our guests commented on how amazing the food was. It was one of the best meals we have ever had. The servers were friendly and efficient, working hard to make sure everyone had a great time. Hi Lisa; Been meaning to call but I know how busy you are so thought in the end emailing is probably more convenient for you anyways. First of all I wanted to say how happy we were with the evening. Everything was great - of course everyone raved about the food! I'm so happy we had the inn for the night - so convenient and so easy and relaxed for us. And I can't say enough good things about your staff and the service - everyone was courteous and happy to accommodate us. I hope we allayed your concerns about our guests not mingling enough because of the table set up! We had trouble getting everyone to sit still long enough to get the speeches and dances done.... To Lisa and Ron, My husband and I would love to extend our many thanks and appreciation for the beautiful reception we had at the White Fox Inn on May 29, 2009. Our reception exceeded all our expectations!! From greeting our guests with awesome champagne punch on your exquisite grounds to our elegant room - it could not have been more perfect. The food was delicious, the service was efficient and friendly and the "icing on the wedding cake" so to speak - was the sunny and warm day we were blessed to have. Lisa, you even kindly changed the colour of the napkins on the tables to match our wedding without even being asked - thank you for that extra special touch. Our family and friends are all saying that it was the best wedding they've been to! Everyone liked the timing and the emphasis on the party (and not the ceremony). But everyone is raving about your venue, the service and the food. They loved the "sort of cocktail reception" idea with the food coming out through the evening. Jim (my husband) is the type of guy who's in bed by 10.... we turned the lights out at 3. It was a great success and a lot of the credit goes to you and your staff. It was because of you that we (including Carly & Tolton and Tolton's parents too) were able to relax and just enjoy the party with our guests. So thank you again.
