Banquet and Meeting Rooms Available: The Wine Cellar Lounge Our largest private room boasts a wood-burning fireplace, wet bar, and flexible seating: up to 30 people at one long boardroom table, up to 40 people at round tables and up to 80 people for a cocktail reception. Perfect for special occasion dinners or day/evening business meetings! The Sunroom This semi-private room off of our dining room is fully enclosed and can seat up to 18 people at one table (24 people at two tables). One of our most popular rooms, the two windowed walls afford a great view of the grounds – and the deer if you’re lucky! The Mountainview Room Overlooking the Nor’Wester Mountains, our front room is also fully enclosed with sliding French doors. Smaller groups of up to 14 people can be accommodated in this, our brightest meeting room. A relaxing view of our grounds lends to the atmosphere without being a distraction (or not too much, anyway!) The perfect place to impress out-of-town guests! The Athenaise Room On occasion we open our largest guest room for dining, generally for private Christmas parties. It features its own bathroom and fireplace, TV/VCR and mini-stereo. The Athenaise seats up to 18 people, and at Christmas you can place all your gift exchange presents under our own decorated tree! (Please note: there is no charge for any of our meeting rooms, however minimum number restrictions and flat-fee packages may apply on certain dates.)

Meeting Equipment and Facilities The White Fox Inn has the perfect sized rooms for any meeting, from 2 to 80 people. We can provide a TV/VCR, full-sized projector screen, flip charts, pens, paper and overhead projector for your meeting, free of charge. And, with 48 hours notice, we can arrange any other A/V equipment that you may require. We have on-site a fax machine, photocopier, and Internet capabilities which you are welcome to use. We will also store any items you wish to ship to us ahead of your arrival. Coffee/tea, juice and pastries for these meetings start at $5.95 per person, and lunches start at $8.95. You may eat right in your meeting room if you prefer, though often we can accommodate you at a different table in our dining room for a change of scenery. View our menus here.
